Idaho Women Lawyers is pleased to present Lauren Stiller Rikleen at the Idaho State Bar 2012 Annual Meeting on Thursday, July 12, 2012. Ms. Rikleen is the author of, Ending the Gauntlet, Removing Barriers to Women’s Success in the Law. At this year’s annual meeting, Ms. Rikleen will be presenting a two-hour program entitled, Achieving Success in the Changing Landscape of Idaho’s Legal Profession. The first part of the program will focus on unconscious bias and methods for individuals and firms alike to manage diversity and promote inclusion within their legal practice – from hiring decisions to jury selection. The second part will focus on methods for fostering the strengths of a multi-generational workforce. This program has been scheduled during Session #4 on Thursday, July 12, 2012, from 3:15-5:15 p.m.
We are more than happy to welcome guests to the ISB Annual Meeting.
To assist with the costs associated with staff time, course materials, refreshments, room rental, etc., we kindly request a $40 registration fee.
All we ask is that the individuals complete a registration form and submit it by Thursday, July 5 @ 10 am. This will give us plenty of time to ensure enough copies of the course materials are produced and to assist us with the catering count.
